How a service turns into a project
Pick the page closest to your problem and read it. Each one explains the field, the decisions that change the price, and the mistakes that cost the most to undo. Most projects use two or three of these lines at once: a SaaS platform needs database work and DevOps, and an integration project usually needs a small web application to administer it. We scope the whole thing in one document instead of selling the lines separately.
What every project includes
Scope, price, and dates in writing before the first commit. Two-week sprints, each ending in a version you can open and click through. Source code and infrastructure in accounts that carry your name. Monitoring and incident response written into the contract rather than quoted after the first outage. If we think a service will not solve your problem, we say so on the first call.
